Battery Production Line Operator

A global technology leader and the operator of the largest lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant in the European Union is hiring. Supplying premium components to world-renowned automotive brands, this massive facility offers stable, entry-level production roles in a highly advanced, climate-controlled environment.

This is a line-operator role in a modern, air-conditioned cleanroom with free accommodation and a free company shuttle, suited to candidates who are physically resilient and comfortable with continuous rotating shifts. Complete visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants applying from Vietnam.

What you will do

  • Work directly on the battery cell production line.
  • Operate in a clean, air-conditioned, non-toxic cleanroom environment.
  • Stand for the full shift and rotate across shift patterns on a continuous basis.

What you bring

  • Candidates in good health, hardworking and able to do long, standing shifts.
  • Able to handle continuous rotating shifts (240 to 280 hours/month).
  • Basic conversational English to understand instructions from international supervisors (mandatory).
  • Valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for the visa process.

Salary & Working hours

  • Mon-Fri 12h-shift (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, 4-crew 2-shift), weekends off, OT as needed, 240 hrs/month excluding OT.
  • Salary: 31.40 PLN gross/h (~24.00 PLN net) with statutory increases, paid on the 10th of every month.
  • Basic conversational English to understand instructions from international supervisors (mandatory).
  • Valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for the visa process.

What’s next

Candidates in Vietnam submit passport scans and a short profile to Akay Program. After an eligibility check, the employer sponsors the work permit and Akay coordinates the D-type work visa. Expect 1 to 3 months for the permit before travel.
