Akay was built by people who have lived and worked in Eastern Europe and have seen both sides of labour migration: the Polish companies that genuinely need workers and treat them well, and the Vietnamese workers who too often arrive through brokers who overcharge them, hide the real terms, or leave them without legal status.

We started Akay to do this differently. We represent verified Polish and EU employers directly, and we operate alongside a licensed Vietnamese dispatch partner, so every placement is lawful from the first conversation to your first day at work. A clear written contract, a real work permit, and a route that can grow into a long-term life in Europe.

Today Akay connects Vietnamese workers to roles across manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, recycling, metalwork and hospitality, at established companies in Poland with decades of operating history. For us, a placement is not a transaction but the first step in someone’s future.
