Poultry Processing Operative

A well-established European food producer operating since 2015 is hiring for its modern poultry processing facility. Specializing in high-quality raw poultry and traditional, home-style roasted chicken cuts for the international market, this employer offers stable, year-round positions. The role focuses strictly on cutting, deboning, and packing, with no livestock slaughter on site.

This is a stable, all-year role with free accommodation, a free company shuttle and Vietnamese-language support on site, suited to candidates who want dependable hours and a clear path to higher take-home pay through overtime and bonuses. Full visa sponsorship is available for applicants relocating from Vietnam, featuring dedicated on-site Vietnamese-language support.

What you will do

• Cut and debone poultry on the processing line.
• Hand-pack finished poultry products for dispatch.
• Operate poultry processing and packing machinery.
• Keep the work area clean and follow food-safety and hygiene rules.

What you bring

• Age 18 to 50, in good general health, able to work standing on a 10 to 11 hour shift.
• Reliable, hardworking and comfortable with repetitive, cold-environment work.
• Valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for the visa process.
• No qualifications or language needed; prior poultry or food-processing experience is a plus.

What sets this role apart

• Hours: average 220 to 240 hours/month; Monday to Friday, 10 to 11 hours/day; Saturday and Sunday off; extra hours available when the plant needs them.
• Accommodation: free, in a dedicated dormitory for Vietnamese workers, 2 to 3 people/room; workers pay only their actual electricity and water; free company bus between the dormitory and the plant.
• Under-26 pay and tax: students earn net equal to gross (31.50 PLN/hour); non-students earn 24.50 PLN/hour net; under-26 workers receive a tax refund the following year (around 1,700 PLN or more, including for dependants living in Vietnam). Over-26 workers receive a PIT refund under Polish rules.
• Support: occupational health check, SANEPID sanitary booklet, protective clothing and footwear, health-and-safety and food-safety training, plus Vietnamese-language job guidance and day-to-day support.

What’s next

Candidates in Vietnam submit passport scans and a short profile to Akay Program. After an eligibility check, the employer sponsors the work permit and Akay coordinates the D-type work visa. Expect 1 to 3 months for the permit before travel.
