Recycling Plant Operative

A well-established and leading European plastic-film recycler, operating since 2004, is hiring for its modern facility. Processing up to 120,000 tonnes of waste annually using advanced recycling lines, the company operates under strict European sustainability standards and offers a safe, friendly working environment.

This is a general plant role with company accommodation, suited to reliable candidates who are happy with hands-on, shift-based work.

What you will do

  • Carry out general manual work at the recycling plant.
  • Sort waste and recyclable materials (plastic, paper and similar).
  • Perform simple manual tasks as assigned.
  • Keep the work area clean and tidy.

What you bring

  • Male candidate in good health, hardworking and able to do shift work and long hours.
  • No prior experience needed; guidance provided on starting.
  • Reliable and comfortable with physical, repetitive work.
  • Valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for the visa process.

What’s next

Candidates in Vietnam submit passport scans and a short profile to Akay Program. After an eligibility check, the employer sponsors the work permit and Akay coordinates the D-type work visa. Expect 1 to 3 months for the permit before travel.

Contract type: Service contract (umowa zlecenie)
Salary: Net ~5,500 PLN/month (about 41 million VND)
Experience level: Entry level. No experience required; full on-the-job training.
