Spa Massage Therapist

Our client is a premium aparthotel and luxury resort located in Zakopane, Poland’s premier mountain resort destination in the scenic Tatra Mountains. The property features a modern, high-end oriental wellness salon serving a sophisticated mix of international and domestic guests.

This is a spa-therapist role with free on-site accommodation, a formal Polish employment contract and meaningful commission, for candidates already legally resident in Poland. Newer therapists are trained on site and paid during training.

What you will do

  • Deliver therapeutic massage treatments in the resort spa, including:
    • Traditional Thai and Thai sports massage.
    • Aromatherapy oil and hot-stone massage.
    • Hot herbal-compress massage.
    • Lomi Lomi and Balinese massage.
    • Kobido facial-rejuvenation acupressure.

What you bring

  • Candidates in good health and able to work a 10-hour shift.
  • Ready to start as soon as formalities are complete.
  • Valid Polish residence and work eligibility (residence card + PESEL + work permit, or proof of a pending application).
  • Preferred: massage skills, prior spa or upscale-hotel experience, and basic conversational English.

Salary & Working hours

  • Base Salary (Net): 25 PLN net / hour.
  • Service Allowance: An additional 5 PLN net / hour when directly performing treatments for clients.
  • Tips: Candidates receive 100% of tips from clients.
  • Meal Allowance: 10 PLN / working day.
  • Actual Total Income: Unlimited; actual income will be significantly higher than the base salary, depending on the total hours of client service and actual tips received.
  • Work Schedule: Working from Tuesday to Sunday weekly. Fixed day off on Monday every week.
    Working Hours: From 11:00 to 21:00 (equivalent to 10 hours/day, including break times between shifts).

  • Contract: formal Polish employment contract (umowa o pracę) with full health and social insurance and statutory annual leave.
  • Training and pay: 5 hires; new or less-experienced therapists are trained on site and paid during training.

Contract type: Permanent employment contract (umowa o pracę)
Salary: 3,740 PLN/month net + 10 PLN/day meal allowance + 5 to 10% sales commission (about 29 to 43 million VND/month with bonus). Progressive bonus: 5% net on monthly revenue up to 20,000 PLN; 10% net on the portion above 20,000 PLN.
Experience level: Entry to experienced. On-site training provided for newer therapists.
