Metal Production Operative (Stainless Steel)
An established Polish engineering firm specializing in high-grade stainless steel fabrication is hiring for its modern manufacturing facility. Active since the 1950s, this employer builds specialized tanks, mixing units, and steel structures for top-tier European pharmaceutical, food, and chemical brands.
This is a production-support role with company-provided accommodation, suited to candidates with good physical stamina who are willing to learn a trade on the job.
What you will do
- Support production and metal fabrication on the shop floor.
- Prepare the workstation, tools and metal components for machining.
- Clean, grind and finish metal parts and components.
- Carry out other simple production-support tasks as assigned by the workshop.
What you bring
- Male candidate with good physical fitness and a hardworking attitude.
- Willing to learn; no prior experience needed (training and guidance provided from day one).
- Reliable and able to work flexibly across shifts as production requires.
- Valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for the visa process.

Salary: Net ~5,896 PLN/month (about 42.5 million VND)
