Metal Production Operative

Our partner is a large and long established Polish engineering firm with roots in the 1950s. The plant produces tank systems, stainless steel mixing equipment and high grade steel structures for the European food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It is located in Jasionka, Podkarpackie Province.

Recruitment and employment are handled through Foreign Personnel Service Sp. z o.o. (FPS), a licensed Polish employment agency (agencja pracy) and an official partner of Akay Program. Cooperation model: outsourcing.

This role is open to both candidate groups: candidates departing from Vietnam (work permit sponsored, full visa support provided) and candidates already residing legally in Poland or the EU.

What you will do

• Preparing the workstation and tools before the production shift.
• Preparing metal parts and components for processing.
• Cleaning, grinding and finishing metal elements.
• Other simple auxiliary production tasks as assigned.

What you bring

• MIG/MAG 135 welding skills and/or the ability to read technical drawings.
• Good physical strength, able to work standing with sustained manual activity.
• A hard working attitude.
• No experience required, training provided on starting.
• Safety conscious in an engineering workshop environment.
• No language requirement.
• Valid passport. Candidates already in Poland need valid residence and work documents.

Pay & working hours

• From 36–39 PLN/hour (NET), depending on the candidate’s experience and skills. Monthly income ranges from 50–60 million VND.
  • At 33 PLN net/hour: 200 hours = 6,600 PLN (approx. 45.5M VND) · 220 hours = 7,260 PLN (approx. 50.1M VND).
  • At 35 PLN net/hour: 200 hours = 7,000 PLN (approx. 48.3M VND) · 220 hours = 7,700 PLN (approx. 53.1M VND).
  • At 36 PLN net/hour: 200 hours = 7,200 PLN (approx. 49.7M VND) · 220 hours = 7,920 PLN (approx. 54.6M VND).
  • At 39 PLN net/hour: 200 hours = 7,800 PLN (approx. 53.8M VND) · 220 hours = 8,580 PLN (approx. 59.2M VND).

What’s next

Candidates in Vietnam submit passport scans and a short profile to Akay Program. After an eligibility check, the employer sponsors the work permit and Akay coordinates the D-type work visa. Expect 1 to 3 months for the permit before travel.
