If something is wrong, tell us. You, your family, or anyone working with us on an application can raise it. There is no charge, and your application carries on as normal.
What to tell us about
- Money collected without a receipt, or an amount different from the cost sheet you were given
- Anyone asking you to transfer money to a personal account
- The job turning out different from what you were told: pay, hours, accommodation, the work itself
- Staff, collaborators or partners behaving improperly
- Working or living conditions in Poland that do not match your contract
- Anyone holding your passport or ID documents without your agreement
- Your personal information being used for something you did not agree to
How to reach us
Email: contact@akayprogram.org
Phone / Zalo: 0328 127 277
In person: Room 405, Thang Loi Building, 3 Le Thanh Tong, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong
Write in Vietnamese if that is easier. A short message is fine. If you would rather not give your name, say so, and we will still look into it, though it will be harder to report back to you.
What happens next
- We confirm we have received it within 3 working days.
- We give it to someone who was not involved in what happened.
- We reply in writing within 15 working days. If we need longer, we tell you in advance and give you a date.
- We record what happened and what we changed, so it does not happen again.
Speaking up will not affect your application
We will not stop supporting you, withdraw your file, or make things difficult because you raised something. If you believe that has happened, email the address above so it reaches the person ultimately responsible.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it
You can take it to bodies independent of us:
- The licensed dispatch enterprise that signed your contract. We will give you their contact details on request.
- The Department of Overseas Labour, for matters about working abroad.
- The Polish National Labour Inspectorate (Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy), for working conditions in Poland.
- The competent authority for personal data protection, for anything about your information.
- The competent People’s Court.
If it is an emergency involving your safety, call the local police or emergency services first, then tell us.
