Powder Coating Plant Production Operative

Our partner is one of the largest powder coating and metal processing companies in Poland, with close to 30 years in the market. It runs three plants in Kraków with 15 coating lines and modern equipment.

This is a factory production role with no experience required. Recruitment and employment are handled through a licensed Polish employment agency (agencja pracy). Important note: this position does not offer visa sponsorship from Vietnam and is open only to candidates already legally resident in Poland.

What you will do

• Hanging parts and products on the line for coating.
• Removing products after coating and packing them.
• Grinding and polishing product surfaces.
• Other auxiliary tasks in the plant as assigned by the team leader.
• Working environment: a powder coating and metal processing plant, with protective equipment provided.

What you bring

• Good physical health, able to work shifts of 8 to 10 hours.
• Basic conversational English or Polish.
• No experience required, full instruction given on starting.
• Legally resident in Poland, with valid residence and work documentation.
• Documents to prepare: passport (scans of all pages carrying information), residence card (scans of both sides plus the issuing decision, or confirmation that the card is pending), PESEL number, work permit and temporary residence registration. Do not submit expired documents.

Pay & working hours

• Contract type: umowa o pracę, with full ZUS social insurance and PIT contributions.
• Gross rate: the plant has not yet supplied a gross figure for this role. The contractual gross rate will be confirmed to you in writing before you sign.
• Indicative net rate supplied by the plant: 25 PLN per hour.
• Average hours: 8 to 10 hours per day, approximately 176 to 220 hours per month.
  • At 220 hours: approximately 5,280 PLN net (approx. 36.4 million VND).
  • At 176 hours: approximately 4,400 PLN net per month (approx. 30.6M VND).
  • At 220 hours: approximately 5,500 PLN net per month (approx. 38.3M VND).
• VND figures converted at a reference rate of 6,955 VND/PLN, 30 August 2026. Actual remittance rates are usually lower than the reference rate.
• Shifts: Monday to Friday. The plant runs either two 10 hour shifts or three 8 hour shifts, depending on the production schedule.
