Agricultural Harvest Worker

A leading Polish horticultural farm specializing in premium fruit and vegetable cultivation is seeking dedicated workers for the upcoming harvest season. The role features long seasonal hours and a piece-rate incentive, offering some of the highest take-home earnings available in the region.

Accommodation and basic living costs are fully covered, and the role can start immediately, for candidates already legally resident in Poland.

What you will do

  • Harvest strawberries, cabbage, carrots and other seasonal products.
  • Work to quality requirements; pay includes a piece-rate (per-product) component.

What you bring

  • Good health, hardworking and able to do shift work and long hours.
  • Gardening or field experience.
  • Valid Polish residence and work eligibility (residence card + PESEL + work permit, or proof of a pending application).
  • Mostly female candidates; 20 positions.

  • Hours and start: 12 hours/day, Monday to Saturday, Sunday off; start immediately.

About the job

Contract type: Service contract (umowa zlecenie)
