International Truck Driver C+E – Western Europe Routes

Our partner operates international road transport across Western Europe. Regular destinations include Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic and other EU countries. The base is at Jasin, 17 km from Poznań. The role is for a category C+E driver on international routes, with company training from arrival through to independent work.

This position is open to both candidates applying from Vietnam and candidates already legally resident in Poland. The company signs a Polish employment contract (umowa o pracę) once you hold a valid Code 95, and prepares the documents for a Polish work visa and for a temporary residence permit (Karta Pobytu). Previous international transport experience is not required, but a valid category C+E entitlement and Driver CPC Code 95 are.

What you will do

  • International road transport across Western Europe: Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic and other EU countries.
  • Drive a company truck from a fleet of more than 300 vehicles: DAF, Renault, Scania, IVECO and MAN, all Euro 6 standard, most of them under 3 years old.
  • Complete the company introductory course after arrival: company procedures, tachograph, documentation, transport organisation and practical driving on company trucks, then pass the internal company exam.
  • Work a 2 to 4 week internship on international routes alongside an instructor, the length depending on your previous experience and driving skills.
  • Operate independently on assigned routes once the internship is complete, with your own assigned truck.
  • Keep the vehicle and cargo in good order. The company links pay progression to a clean record on damage and serious violations.
  • Later, if you want it: train and introduce new drivers for additional payment, or move to the office role of Vietnamese Driver Coordinator.

What you bring

  • Valid category C+E driving entitlement.
  • Driver CPC Code 95. If you do not hold it yet, you complete the course in Poland before starting work: about 1 week with no exam if your category C was issued before 09.09.2009, about 3 weeks with an exam if it was issued after that date. Accommodation during the course period is provided.
  • No previous international transport experience is required. The company trains drivers and adapts them to working in Europe.
  • Working English or Russian. The company’s logistics department supports drivers in Russian and English today. A dedicated Vietnamese coordination system is planned but is not yet in place, so you need one of those two languages to work with dispatch.
  • Readiness for extended periods away from base on international routes.
  • Physically fit for long-distance driving and able to pass the occupational medical examination.
  • Candidates already in Poland: legally resident, with valid residence and work documentation.
  • Candidates applying from Vietnam: a passport with adequate validity, your driving licence, and any document evidencing professional driving experience. Your Vietnamese licence has to be converted to a Polish one after you arrive and register residence. Ask us about this step before you commit to the Code 95 course.
  • Documents to prepare: passport (scans of all pages carrying information), driving licence (both sides, showing category C+E and the date of issue), Code 95 card if you hold one, and for candidates in Poland the residence card (both sides plus the issuing decision, or confirmation that the card is pending), PESEL number and work permit. Do not submit expired documents.

Pay & working hours

  • Contract: umowa o pracę, a Polish employment contract, signed once you hold a valid Code 95.
  • Internship period, 2 to 4 weeks: 3,500 PLN net per month. If the internship ends earlier, pay is calculated pro rata: 3,500 / 30 days × the number of internship days.
  • Independent work, starting level: from 8,000 PLN net per month, plus an SDS eco-driving bonus of 0 to 800 PLN.
  • Independent work, after training, the adaptation period and proven independent work: up to 9,000 PLN net per month, plus the same SDS bonus of 0 to 800 PLN.
  • Longer term, with experience, work performance and additional responsibilities: up to 12,000 PLN net per month.
  • Seniority allowance: 100 PLN for each full year of employment.
  • The starting level is set individually and depends on your experience in international transport in Europe, your driving skills, your training results and the internal company exam. It may be reviewed after 1 to 3 months of independent work.
  • Accommodation: provided by the company. Nothing to pay on arrival. Once you start work, 25 PLN per day is deducted from your salary, approximately 760 PLN per month.
  • At 6,865 VND/PLN on 16 September 2026, 8,000 PLN net is approximately 54.9M VND, 9,800 PLN approximately 67.3M VND and 12,000 PLN approximately 82.4M VND. The contractual gross rate will be confirmed in writing.
  • Working hours, route rotation and time at home are not stated in the company’s information. We have asked for them in writing and will add them here.

What sets this role apart

  • Fleet: more than 300 trucks, DAF, Renault, Scania, IVECO and MAN, all Euro 6, most of them under 3 years old.
  • Training from zero: the company takes drivers without international transport experience and runs a free introductory course covering company procedures, tachograph, documentation and practical driving on company trucks.
  • Career path stated by the company: driver, then experienced driver or instructor, then Vietnamese Driver Coordinator, an office position.
  • Extra earnings: 100 PLN for each full year of service, plus payment for training new drivers.
  • Legalisation: the company prepares the documents for the work visa, the invitation and the temporary residence permit. Processing takes approximately 6 to 12 months depending on the Voivodeship Office, and the permit is normally issued for up to 3 years.
  • Long-term intent: the company states it wants long-term cooperation with drivers from Vietnam and is building a Vietnamese coordination function, so drivers who can support other Vietnamese drivers have a clear route forward.
  • Open to both routes: candidates applying from Vietnam and candidates already legally resident in Poland.
