Mattress and Pillow Production Operative

A leading knitted fabric manufacturer based in Łódź, Poland, is hiring for its modern mattress and pillow production facility. Operating an advanced, professional production line, this employer provides a friendly and safe working environment.

What you will do

• Work directly on the mattress and pillow manufacturing floor.
• Operate production line machinery safely and efficiently.
• Cut, trim, and finish mattress and pillow products to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy work area.

What you bring

• Candidates in good physical health, 3 positions available,, hardworking, resilient, and capable of working shift patterns.
• No prior experience required – comprehensive on-the-job orientation and guidance are provided from day one.
• Must hold a valid passport and unrestricted Polish residence/work eligibility.

Pay and working hours

• Gross rate: 31.40 PLN/hour. Indicative net rate: approximately 24.00 PLN/hour.
• Average working time: 200 to 220 hours per month.
  • At 200 hours: approximately 4,800 PLN net (approx. 33.1 million VND).
  • At 220 hours: approximately 5,280 PLN net (approx. 36.4 million VND).
• Expected monthly earnings: around 5,500 PLN net (approx. 37.9 million VND), before the accommodation deduction.
• Accommodation: provided by the company, with 50% of the cost deducted from salary.
