Mattress and Pillow Production Operative

A leading knitted fabric manufacturer based in Łódź, Poland, is hiring for its modern mattress and pillow production facility. Operating an advanced, professional production line, this employer provides a friendly and safe working environment.

What you will do

  • Work directly on the mattress and pillow manufacturing floor.
  • Operate production line machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Cut, trim, and finish mattress and pillow products to quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy work area.

What you bring

  • Male candidates (3 positions available) in good physical health, hardworking, resilient, and capable of working shift patterns.
  • No prior experience required – comprehensive on-the-job orientation and guidance are provided from day one.
  • Must hold a valid passport and unrestricted Polish residence/work eligibility.

About the job

Salary: 24 PLN/hour net; yielding around 5,500 PLN/month net (approximately 38 million VND) based on 200-220 hours/month.
