Plastics Production and Packing Operative

Our partner is active in printing since 1985 and in plastics processing since 2003, producing high specification plastic components for the domestic appliance industry. The plant is located in Myszków, Śląskie Province, and runs to modern, clean and environmentally responsible standards.

This is a safe, non-toxic production role with housing support and free uniforms, for candidates already legally resident in Poland.

What you will do

  • Collecting, deburring and quality checking plastic components and colour sample boards.
  • Assisting with label printing, sorting and packing of finished goods.
  • Applying labels to cartons and preparing goods for dispatch.
  • Other simple production and auxiliary tasks as assigned.
  • Working environment: a modern, clean production hall with light work and simple operations.

What you bring

  • Good physical health, able to work 12 hour shifts and rotate between days and nights.
  • No experience required, full instruction given on starting.
  • No language requirement.
  • Hard working, resilient, looking for a long term placement.
  • Valid passport. Candidates already in Poland need valid residence and work documents.

Pay & working hours

  • Contract type: umowa zlecenie, with full ZUS and PIT contributions paid.
  • Gross rate: 31.40 PLN/hour. Indicative net rate: approximately 24.00 PLN/hour.
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday, two rotating 12 hour shifts (06:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00). Voluntary Saturday overtime available.
  • Average hours: approximately 240 per month.
    • At 220 hours: approximately 5,280 PLN net (approx. 36.4 million VND).
    • At 240 hours: approximately 5,760 PLN net (approx. 39.7 million VND).
    • At 260 hours: approximately 6,240 PLN net (approx. 43.1 million VND).
  • Expected monthly earnings including overtime, before accommodation deduction: 5,500 to 6,500 PLN net (approx. 38.0 to 44.9 million VND).
  • Accommodation: provided by the company, with 50% of the cost deducted from salary.
