Poultry Deboning and Packing Operative

A premier, fully integrated European poultry producer established in the late 1990s is hiring for one of its specialized processing facilities. Exporting high-quality food products across Europe, Africa, and Asia, this major industry leader offers stable employment in a modern environment dedicated strictly to deboning and packing with no livestock slaughter on site.

This stable processing role offers company-provided accommodation and free daily transportation. Complete visa sponsorship is available for applicants from Vietnam, and local EU/Poland residents are equally welcome to apply.

What you will do

  • Work at the poultry processing plant (no slaughter on site).
  • Debone chicken thighs using a specialised electric knife.
  • Prepare and pack finished chicken products for export.
  • Carry out other warehouse support tasks as assigned.

What you bring

  • Good health, hardworking and willing to put in long hours.
  • No experience required.
  • Mostly male candidates; 10 positions.

What’s next

Candidates in Vietnam submit passport scans and a short profile to Akay Program. After an eligibility check, the employer sponsors the work permit and Akay coordinates the D-type work visa. Expect 1 to 3 months for the permit before travel.

About the job

Contract type: Service contract (umowa zlecenie)
Salary: 4,900 PLN/month (about 35 million VND), at 24.5 PLN/hour net over ~200 hours/month.

Visa sponsorship: Polish work permit and the national (D-type) work visa for candidates relocating from Vietnam.
